The Board of Directors of the Saudi Automotive Services and Equipment Company (SASCO) has decided to restructure some of its subsidiaries

The Board decided to transfer the ownership of the Saudi Automobile and Touring Club (a limited liability company) to Fleet Transport Company (a closed joint-stock company).
